Frank and I went to an open house in Madoc and were very impressed by the house build and the way it was finished. At that time, Frank spoke with Andrew about building a house for us on our property in Picton. He assisted us in finding a model that we loved.

We were very happy with the building process from start to finish. This was our first new-build and Farnsworth did a great job of guiding us through the process and making sure our decision making was well ahead of having any potential impact on the construction schedule. Our new home was completed just over a year ago and we are thrilled with the final result. We contracted Farnsworth Construction after touring one of their homes and we were impressed with the quality of the construction and finishing. Our home needed to accommodate both our residence and a home based business and Andy made many good suggestions during our design process which enhanced our overall design. The construction was done on schedule and on one visit during construction, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the work site. The vendors that Andy works with for cabinetry, electric and plumbing fixtures were very professional and patient with us during our selection process. It was smooth sailing from the initial design process to the “wow” moment of walking into our new home. Andy and Nicole were a pleasure to work with and even when we were out of the country, kept us up to date with reports and photos of the construction progress.

We hired Farnsworth Construction to build our home, which was completed in June 2015. Andy and his team were recommended to us by friends and were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. The home building process was unknown and very daunting to us, however Andy and Nicole were extremely organized and described the process in detail. My wife and I built our last home 5 years ago and we were our own general contractor. It was a huge commitment, a lot of work, and nothing seemed to go as planned. This time we decided to have Farnsworth Construction build our home and it was more than worth it. It went as scheduled and Andy and Nicole handled everything from the initial plans to the completion.

Other than making selections we had very little work to do ourselves. We have been in our home for over a year and couldn't be happier. The quality of the home really stands out and it is easy to see that no corners have been cut. The issues we had with our last home are virtually nonexistent and any minor issues have been repaired quickly. We were amazed at how low our heating bills were. Now I don't have to watch the thermostat to make sure nobody turns it up.
