Although we have pre-designed house plans available, we prefer to meet with our clients to better understand your specific needs. Throughout the building process, we work directly with you to incorporate special features or details to make your home unique. We are a member of the Quinte Home Builders’ Association, Prince Edward County Construction Association, Energy Star certified, and registered with the Tarion new home warranty program. The President
President Andrew Gunning, a seasoned carpenter, boasts a strong foundation in residential design and drafting, having graduated from Loyalist College’s esteemed program. Drawing upon invaluable lessons in business acumen and unwavering work ethic cultivated during his upbringing on Farnsworth Farms, a thriving third-generation dairy farm in Tweed, Andrew has successfully forged a reputable construction company. In his capacity as site manager, Andrew maintains close collaboration with our dedicated field team, diligently upholding the hallmark of excellence associated with every Farnsworth project. He meticulously oversees all facets of the design and construction processes, fostering transparent communication with clients throughout the project’s duration. The Operations Manager
Meet Nicole Bosiak, our adept Operations Manager, who holds a distinguished degree from Queen’s University and boasts an extensive professional history with the Standards Council of Canada in Ottawa. Nicole’s rich background in project management and proficient communication skills, coupled with her meticulous organizational prowess and keen attention to detail, position her as an invaluable intermediary bridging the gap between homeowners and our proficient field team.
With over five years of dedicated managerial experience within the Farnsworth family, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise to her role. What sets her apart is her firsthand insight into the intricacies of the construction process, cultivated through her early years as a construction laborer in her uncle’s home building company. This unique perspective allows her to empathize with the challenges of construction and enables her to address client concerns effectively.
